We stand behind every order that leaves Trail & Ember Co. with our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. If something's wrong on our end, we'll fix it — no runaround.
We cover refunds and replacements for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Misprints or print quality issues
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
Email us at support@trailandemberco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
A note on sizing and colors: Our products are made to order, so we can't accept returns for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide before ordering — it's there for a reason. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
What our guarantee covers: manufacturing defects, misprints, wrong items, and damaged goods. It does not cover customer error such as incorrect size selection.
Care instructions are included with your order. Following them keeps your gear looking right for the long haul.
